Originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s, Shore Acres Lodge is a unique collection of twelve mountain-style cabins surrounded by towering pines along the shoreline of Big Bear Lake. Juniper Cabin gives you the privacy of your own cottage while providing access to the shared lakefront spaces and recreational amenities throughout this historic Big Bear property.
Inside, the intimate 435-square-foot cabin provides a comfortable place to recharge between adventures. The bedroom features a king bed, while a hallway three-quarter bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the accommodations. High-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen streaming TV add modern convenience when you're ready to settle in for a relaxing evening.
Step outside and make the most of Shore Acres Lodge's lakefront setting. Guests enjoy shared direct access to Big Bear Lake along with a seasonal boat dock and fishing area. During summer, the community swimming pool is available on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving you another way to relax and enjoy sunny mountain afternoons.
Beyond the shoreline, the spacious grounds offer plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. Play horseshoes, volleyball, or outdoor table tennis, relax among the pines, or prepare an easy meal at the large BBQ and picnic area using the provided charcoal BBQ. One pet is welcome with an additional fee, allowing your four-legged companion to join you for the Big Bear adventure.
